You’re applying and hearing nothing back, and nobody will tell you why. Cammino works out where your search is actually breaking, how far you are from the job you want, and what to do next.

Who it’s for

A woman in a headscarf working at a laptop in an office

Newcomers to Canada

You have real experience and real qualifications, and employers here cannot see them. That is a translation problem, not a competence problem, and it has specific fixes.

A young woman holding a notebook on a city street

Recent graduates

You have the education and not the experience, and every posting seems to want both. Cammino works out which roles are genuinely open to you right now.

A man reading something on a laptop

Career changers

You are not starting from zero. Most of what you have already transfers. The question is which parts, and what is genuinely missing.

A small group working together around a table

Anyone stuck at the same stage

A hundred applications and two replies is a pattern, and patterns can be read. Where it stops tells you what is wrong.

Find your direction

Start with the destination, not the job board.

Most job sites ask what you want and then show you postings. Cammino asks where you are, where you’re going, and measures the distance between them, against what Employment and Social Development Canada actually rates that occupation on, not against our opinion of you.

Build your path

A plan as long as your situation needs.

Week one is the seven days your diagnosis gives you. The weeks after are built from what it actually found: a reason code, a gap in your evidence, a credential with a waiting time. Never padded to look longer, and never a week spent on something you cannot control.

Find your opportunity

Roles you can realistically win now.

We don’t post jobs. Every role your diagnosis finds links to a live search on Canada’s Job Bank, filtered to that occupation in your province. Nothing is stored and nothing is fetched, so a link here can never point at a job that already closed.

Why Cammino is different

It measures you against a public standard

Not against our opinion of you. Every occupation in Cammino is rated by Employment and Social Development Canada, and your readiness is measured against those ratings.

It tells you the parts that aren’t your fault

We mapped 108 reasons a job search stalls. Eight are outside your control entirely, and no amount of rewriting your resume will move them. When one of those is yours, we say so.

It never says you lack a skill

It says your resume doesn’t show one, which might be because you never did it, or because you did and didn’t write it down. Those need completely different fixes.

It only asks for what it needs

No SIN, no immigration documents, nothing we don’t use to help you. Export everything or delete all of it, any time, in one click.
